Delivery Policy

We dispatch orders within 24 hours, and when an order is made, we send you an email to confirm your order number. If you order before 1pm, we are able to dispatch your order on the same day. Orders processed after 1pm will be dispatched the following working. Delivery takes 1-3 business days.

There is also a possibility of next-day delivery before 12 noon. Please contact us directly to discuss this.

(Please be aware of delays due to Bank Holidays, and factory closure around Christmas.)

Costs

We deliver to all parts of the UK and Ireland. However, for the Highlands and Islands of Scotland, the Isle of Man, the Isle of Wight and the Scilly Isles, a surcharge applies (please see below).

Our costs are based on the size of the longest item in the order and the place of delivery. There is an additional charge for all orders that weigh over 20kg (this charge is per kilo over 20kg).

For exceptionally large orders, we may be able to make alternative delivery arrangements that will work out cheaper. Please contact us before placing a large order.

Additional Fees and Surcharges

A surcharge is applied to the following locations:

• the Isle of Man;
• the Isle of Wight;
• the Scilly Isles; and
• the Highlands and
• Islands of Scotland.

Please call Steve on 0121 387 8718 before making an order for delivery to any of these locations. We will then find the exact price for your shipping costs, based on the size and weight of your order and inform you of the price of the surcharge. This surcharge payment must be made via direct transfer before the shipment of your order.
