At Channel and Tray, your satisfaction is important to us. You are entitled to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. Please contact us within this period to arrange a return. Returning items is at the cost of the Buyer. 

This refund policy does not apply to the following goods: bespoke items, opened packs, damaged goods, items with signs of wear, tear and usage, and items otherwise no longer in re-sellable condition.

In the case of items damaged in transit or packages missing parts, please only sign for what has been received, and sign for goods that are damaged as ‘damaged.’
