Payment and Orders
We accept payment via: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Google Play, Shop Pay and Apple Pay.
Goods may not be delivered until payment has been made and received.
Transactions are made in pounds sterling (GBP £). An email confirmation will be sent to you once payment has cleared. This email will contain an order reference number. Please have this number ready to quote in case you need to get in touch with us.
The goods here advertised are offered on an ‘invitation to treat’ basis, rather than ‘offer for sale’ and as such, we reserve the right to decline bulk purchases or the purchase of high-value items, and management reserves the right to withhold service at his discretion.
Delivery
At Channel and Tray, we strive to get our products to you as quick as possible, and we make every reasonable effort to do so. However, we do not accept liability for loss and/or damage (be that direct or indirect) if delivery is delayed. Such delays do not entitle the Buyer to refuse receipt of goods or refuse payment.
